Terms and Conditions

We’re always thinking about our clients and how we can ensure their satisfaction. That’s why we have a clear policy, to ensure that the everything runs smoothly and you, along with everyone else, get the treatments you pay for. 

Elev8 Skin Boutique seeks to provide services that meet client demand for a fair price. All prices on this site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The prices and services that Elev8 Skin Boutique offers are subject to change without notice. 

We prefer cashless transactions and offer EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard payments facilities. 

To confirm and secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card must be provided at the time of booking. You will be sent out an email to confirm your appointment, we ask you to please diarise the service. 

We understand that unexpected things happen from time to time, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. This gives Elev8 Skin Boutique and our clients an opportunity to still make use of the time.
If it is within 24 hours and you cannot attend your appointment, you have options and Elev8 Skin Boutique is happy to work with you:

1. You may either send a friend or family member to take your slot
2. We may be able to offer you another time on the same day

If we are unable to agree an alternative or you do not show up for your appointment you must accept a 50% cancellation fee to compensate for the time.

We ask that you arrive on time or 5 minutes before your appointment. This minimises your wait but ensures that you don’t miss a single minute of your treatment. If you arrive late to your appointment, we may only be able offer you the time remaining for your treatment at the full treatment price as not to inconvenience the next client. 

Your health and wellbeing is important to us. Prior to your treatment, please ensure you let us know of any pre-existing medical conditions/issues that we should be aware of. For example, if you are pregnant, have skin conditions or allergies, or if you are receiving medical care from a doctor or health practitioner. This will enable us to adjust or offer an alternative service without compromising your health and wellbeing.

If you are in doubt about your medical circumstances, you should seek medical advice prior to using our services. Whilst we will take all due care in performing the services, Elev8 Skin Boutique is not liable for any side effects which occur as a result of an undisclosed medical condition/issue. 

We undertake to comply with the terms of our privacy policy which may be accessed here. 

We ask that phones be turned off upon arrival. We strive to provide guests with a relaxing and peaceful experience. Help us by turning off mobile phones when you arrive. Mobile phones are only permitted to be used during checkout. Phone conversations or texting during service compromises the hygienic integrity of the treatment area and the ability to adhere to reservation schedules. During services, we require your full, undivided attention. Plan to be an active participant for the duration of your service. 

We retain the right to refuse service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to frequent cancellations, lateness, failure to comply with the policies included in this document, improper behaviour, intoxication, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service or service technician.

Gift Vouchers and Elev8 Series 5 and 10 packages are valid for 6, 8 and 16 months, respectively, from the date of purchase and can only be redeemed for products (gift vouchers only) and services. They are non-refundable, will not be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 A refund or exchange may be given if a product is faulty. No refunds or exchanges will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
